🔹 Instructions for Use:
1- Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2–4 hours before use.
2- Remove it from the freezer.
3- Wrap it in a light cloth to avoid direct contact with the skin.
4- Apply to the affected area for 15–20 minutes.
5- Repeat as needed, allowing a suitable interval between applications.
6- Return to the freezer after use.
