🔹 First: Preparation Before Measurement
Avoid drinking coffee, tea, or smoking 30 minutes before measurement.
Sit in a quiet place for at least 5 minutes before starting the measurement.
Sit with your back straight and supported, and your feet flat on the ground.
Place your arm on a table so that it is at heart level.
🔹 Second: Properly Apply the Cuff
Wrap the cuff around the upper arm (about 2-3 cm above the elbow).
Make sure the air tube is aligned with the middle of the inner side of the arm.
The cuff should be snug but comfortable (you should be able to slide a finger between the cuff and your arm).
